Fabio Di Lella
Flute Master’s Degree at the National School of Music in Salerno, Italy, specific studies in wind instruments at the
O. Respighi National School of Music in Latina, Italy.
He then perfected his studies with such great flutists as
C. Klemm (Igor Stravinskij Association in Avellino, Italy); R. Fabbriciani (Fedele Fenaroli Association in Lanciano, Italy); T. Wye (Municipality of Bobbio, Italy); J. C. Masì (Virtuosi Association in Rome, Italy).
He also studied with Giuseppe Nova at the Advanced School of Music in Aosta, Italy (Award of Merit and grant) as well as with Maxence Larrieu at the School of Musical Excellence in Saluzzo, Italy, and with R. Guiot. Finally, it was fundamental for his musical development to meet Raymond Meylan in Basel, Switzerland.
He played as a soloist with several orchestras: Brighouse end Rastrick Brass Band, England; Italian Young Symphony Orchestra; Rumanian National Orchestra; Arad Chamber Orchestra; Trapani Symphony Orchestra, Italy; The Venetian Virtuosi; Caserta Chamber Orchestra, Fonopoli Orchestra in Rome, Italy, Gesualdo da Venosa Music School Orchestra in Potenza, Italy and Zurich Chamber Orchestra, Switzerland.
He did several recordings for Rai1 TV, Rai Edu2 TV, Rai TV Vaticana and Stream TV-Classical. For Pagano Publishing House of Naples, Italy, he recorded for the first time ever “Dada” for flute and computer, by Luigi Esposito, a work quoted in the first issue of the “Italian Encyclopaedia of Contemporary Composers.”

He has been collaborating for more than ten years with Raymond Meylan, where he continues perfecting his musical skills.
He played several concerts both in Italy and abroad at prestigious venues, sich as the Musiktage International Festival in Koblenz, Germany, the Gohliser Schlößchen in Leipzig, germany; the Kunstmuseum in Basel, Switzerland; the Saludecio Festival, the Venice International Festival; the Campania Museum in Capua, Italy.
His production is particularly prolific with Maria Teresa Roncone, with whom he carries out thorough research on the interpretation of music for flute with harpsichord, piano and organ, specifically with regard to music by Italian composer Cimarosa.
Moreover, he is an editor for FA LA UT Magazine (memoirs of Marcel Moyse - translation).
Research: Concert in G major for two flutes and orchestra by Domenico Cimarosa, Concert G major for two flutes and orchestra by D. Fiorillo. Gaetano Andreozzi music repertoire (studies on the author’s writing/sorting). He plays a Muramatsu 14K gold flute. He is a flute teacher at the “W.A.Mozart” National Music School in Rome, Italy.

flute and orchestra at the Court Theatre
of the Royal Palace in Caserta
featuring the "Gesualdo da Venosa" Conservatory Symphonic Orchestra based
in Potenza, Italy.
